“The Cocoa Cottage was above and beyond what my family and I ever expected!! The house is amazing! Clean, so cute, great layout, perfect location but most of all the pool was incredible!!!!! The owner has the home stocked with all necessities, very detailed instructions regarding check in/check out, trash, etc. A cute handy pamphlet with extra info about nearby restaurants and areas to check out. This was by far the best house rental I’ve booked and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!!”

“Such a cozy cabin. The area is so peaceful, it was great to spend the morning sitting in the window watching the forest and nearby creek. The lighting makes everything feel warm and cozy too. The windows in the bedroom let in a lot of nice sunlight. The stairs are a little steep, but not too bad once you get the hang of them. ”

The porch was fabulous and provided the most relaxing setting for early morning coffee, mid day card games, and evening happy hour! It’s beautifully lit at night. The location is prime, especially with kids as you are across from the playground and jigger shop. Kitchen was spacious and stocked with all the utensils you could possibly need.
