“Arriving in Amman at midnight, we had a reservation at a property we had made at least two weeks in advance. Upon arrival, when we called them, they informed us that they did not have the room and expressed their apologies, stating that there was nothing they could do. We were left scrambling to find another place in the middle of the night in a foreign country. To make matters worse, they refused to refund the money. I have been in contact with Expedia, who has been unable to reach them for……
