“The staff was nice. They waited for our arrival, communicated via WhatsApp and arranged our transport back to the airport. This hostel is 10 minutes from the airport, but not in a location you want to walk in. We arrived late, had a safe place to sleep and left early and it was fine for that. For the price, this was what I expected. I appreciated having an inexpensive option so close to the airport.”

“They did not give the service, they did answer my phone call when I was in way to the room from the airport. They left me stranded in the middle of night. I had to get a new room from another hotel.”

“Property is in a gated condo/apartment community which is nice for safety. It is also on the 8th flloor, with a great view of the city and ocean and off shore islands. Property manager is very quick to respond to questions. Grocery store right next door.”

“The staff were kind and helpful. The hostel has beautiful murals. Rooms clean and spacious. Fyi, they speak Spanish only but we did fine with only knowing a little of the language.”
