“We loved our stay at this beautiful spot! The loft is small but very clean and cute. It's a lovely place for one or two people. The surrounding property is just gorgeous! Beautiful view of the river and a relaxing yard area. If you are like us and prefer not to see the hosts, you do have to drive thru their driveway and past their house to get to the loft and they did come a couple times to use their boat but they were very nice and it was very private when you get back to the boat house. “I grew up around there but now am in Virginia. My Mom is 87 and lives a few miles away. This was a perfect place to bring her each day to get out of the house. She commented on how nice and comfortable it was. Plenty of local places to eat. We cooked out a couple of times and enjoyed spending evenings around the fire pit. We had a boat to take out and haul the family around on a tube. It’s a lovely lake that I grew up fishing on. We are hoping to return next year!”
