“This is the second time I stayed here. It works perfectly for me when I am visiting my son at Florida Tech. It is very clean and simple. It is surprisingly quiet. There is a very cute pool that l layed out at while getting work done.”

“The owner was good with communication. We ran out of TP and she brought some right over to us. Nice but minimally furnished. There is no blender that i saw. Dishes were minimal. No serving/mixing bowls baking dishes etc. I was surprised that a property that promotes its coastal location did not have any beach stuff (towels, chairs, umbrella). Also there is only comfortable seating for 2 in the living room. Renter should know that the house is right on a busy road that had a lot of emergency……
