“Susan is a wonderful, gracious, well-organized host! We stayed on the first floor of a two-floor guest cottage (there was no one upstairs while we were there). The cottage and the main house where Susan lives share a serene, nicely landscaped courtyard. There are pool towels, reclining chairs under shady umbrellas, and other sitting areas, as well as a swimming pool and a delightful hot tub. The guest house interior is well appointed and contains a rain shower, large absorbent bath sheets, and……

“We were coming to the area to help out with some relatives kids. We asked the owners if this would be okay and they quickly replied that it was. The boy wants us to stay here if we ever visit again. Dan and Shannon are some of the friendliest helpful hosts that we’ve met. Shannon’s mother lives on the property and is also lovely. She invited the boy to swing. As noted in the description, the kitchen and shower are outside so exposed to nature and such. Dan even took the time to write some notes……

“The house is nice. It’s conveniently located near the Hobe Sound beach access, stores, bars and a nice coffee shop. The house is located near train tracks but this was not a deal breaker for us it had a lot of good features. ”

“We loved our stay at Headwaters. The property is amazing and the container home concept blended beautifully with the surroundings. Communication with the host was easy and they were very thorough explaining everything that we needed to know before and during our stay. We definitely recommend this property to anyone that wants to escape the city noise and truly connect with nature.”
