“This was a great fit for me and my kids. The place was clean and the AC worked well. Fridge was pristine. Lots of dishes and pots and pans. Beds were comfortable. We could have used some more beach towels but what we had was adequate. We couldn’t get the beach umbrella to work and the cooler zipper didn’t work either, but it was great to have chairs and a cart to get everything to the beach. We had a great time at the pool too. Safe and peaceful neighborhood. ”

The property was amazing and everything was very easy. There were really no checkout instructions either which made for a very stress free departure and was a pleasant surprise after a fun tiring weekend to not have to stress about anything. “We rented the Spanish Villa for four nights for a family wedding weekend. When we arrived we found there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms. The plumber arrived the following afternoon and advised they could not fix during our stay. “The house is perfect for a family, both indoor and outside. The kitchen is beautiful, with everything you need for cooking great meals. A new barbecue is super for grilling. The screened in pool and comfortable sitting area makes for a bug free evening and all day swimming fun for the children. The location could not be better. The communication with the owner was outstanding - we had a slight issue with the hot tub - I messaged him and he was incredibly responsive, apologetic and had the issue take care of within hours.
