“The property overall was good. Very minimal stock of household items, i.e. no dish towels, minimal utensils in kitchen. Oven wasn’t usable due to burnt food in the bottom. Grill was very dirty and there was no propane to use. Very loud in backyard due to the very busy road. Pretty major leak in the covered patio the first night as it was raining. The communication with the owner was outstanding - we had a slight issue with the hot tub - I messaged him and he was incredibly responsive, apologetic and had the issue take care of within hours.
