Badly, I have also assigned an room with a broken door lock and always locked myself outside the room. The worst is there is never hostel staff stationed at the hotel, I can only seek help from hotels.com and contact for the hotel for the malfunctioned lock. The staff came quickly and fixed, however, it happened again after the staff left. It destroyed my holiday in Finland by spending my time……

“The room was very tastefully decorated and clean. The building was still in the process of being repaired from a sauna fire and so the lack of the sauna, the fire smell and the noise from the work were slightly disappointing. Would go again in the future though.”
