I received room upgrade, lovely welcome cookies, food and breakfast discount throughout my stay. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable too!! I really love it!! I think the hardware was really great and well-maintained but the software - staff could be improved. The staff at food and beverage department could be more cheerful, thought I……

“Hotel is clean, modern and comfortable, breakfast is good and the staff is very helpful and efficient. It's located at the hill and you have to walk about 3-5 minutes to hill from the tram station and no Metro station nearby. However, it's good and easy for visitor to walk to one of the famous landmark - Charles bridge and it's about 15-20 minutes. ”

“位置：离主要景点搭电车皆能在半小时以内到达，入夜后非常安静，但若想欣赏夜景、气氛热闹、机能方便的旅人，建议住在旧城区。设施：缺点浴室偏小，优点房间有空调而且挺宽敞的（可能因房型有所不同）有发生房间磁卡失效的状况，不过前台都能解决。服务：前台有贩售交通卡、邮票及明信片，还有邮筒，寄送明信片非常方便。洗衣服务是以件计价，不同类型的衣服有不同价格。接待人员都非常友善！”

“Nice small hotel on a boat! Guess it's on water but doesn't feel "floating". A bit difficult to find the entrance upon arrival (next to river, beneath main road, taxi driver didn't know), but easily sorted out afterwards. Room a bit small but all essential stuffs are there. Equipped with nespresso coffee machine. Bed was nice and comfortable. Not too noisy as it's not next to main street. Overall satisfied with the experience. ”

“門前50米就是22號電車站，去景點坐車方便，酒店規模大，容易找到，但不是巿中心，去哪都要坐車才能到，入夜獨行女生可能不太方便但酒店大堂有atm機，樓下有atm機，又有自助車票機，比較方便。房屋清潔，但前台人員態度一般。。。。門前50米就是22號電車站，去景點坐車方便，酒店規模大，容易找到，但不是巿中心，去哪都要坐車才能到，入夜獨行女生可能不太方便但酒店大堂有atm機，樓下有atm機，又有自助車票機，比較方便。房屋清潔，但前台人員態度一般 ”

“今次旅程最滿意的酒店 特別喜歡佢個露台 可以遠望到皇宮、天文鐘等 步行到天文鐘和查理大橋也是十多分鐘 但停車位有限，必須提前預約 到瞭望塔、皇宮等其他景點可以坐電車”
