“Had stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks with my Family. The apartment was fully furnished with all appliance & very well maintained in a quiet locality. “We rented this property thinking that we were renting the whole house as advertised. It turns out that that this house is a hostel as per the sign out front and we were given one room. After some discussion with the owner we were given three rooms. The owner had not been paid by VRBO and I had paid VRBO one month ahead of time. I had to leave one day early as our filghts were cancelled due to the virus situation so did not use the last day. one of the chairs I was sitting on broke and I almost……

“One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay. Even worst hotels will give better……

“We arrived before the check-in time and the owners accommodated us without a hassle. The place was very safe and convenient for all our requirements. in addition, they ensured that we were comfortable throughout the stay. We really enjoyed our time in Sri Lanka.”

“I tried contacting the host on numerous occasions and did not get a reply once. Due to this, we decided to stay at another hotel that was given to us free of charge by the airline. I would advise anyone who is thinking of booking this hotel please think again.”

“Wunderschönes Haus abseits vom Tourismus-Trubel. Trotzdem sind alle Lebensnotwendigen Dinge problemlos zu Fuß oder gegeben falls in wenigen Minuten mit den supergünstigen Tucktuck´s zu erreichen.
