“AVOID at all costs! Hotel offers airport transfer - I messaged 3 times, not only did no one come to the airport they had no booking (despite pre paymen) 3 am, not expected, boy that didn’t speak English, more than terrible! Eventually given a filthy room, you wouldn’t put a dog in it! The door didn’t shut let alone lock! Couldn’t even buy a bottle of water, no restaurant as advertised, no breakfast. Absolutely the worst. NOT FIT FOR HUMANS ”

“Staff was friendly & welcoming, property needs improvement. It was slippery when raining due to leaking roof way to the room , Room itself cleaned. Apart from there was a spit on the wall ( phlegm ) No television, there was a plug it was a electrical hazard exposed wire, no toiletries . View from the room lovely see front. Can get a cheap tuktuk to the town. ”

“The room I booked did not exist. The manager tried to convince me that the room they put me in was the room I booked. I had to contact Expedia to try to resolve the issue which did not happen. They promised to add a $90 credit to my account, I haven't seen that credit yet, but it may be processing. The resort said they would comp me breakfast for the remainder of my stay but that did not cover the charges I should have recouped. ”

“酒店总体还是非常舒适，但性价比不算很好。因为不想住的太差，所以在尼甘布就没有太多选择了。酒店有一个很长的游泳池，游起来应该很过瘾，可惜只是过夜，没有时间去享受一下。”

“Very good stay, staff and food were great, the room was fine but the bed could have been a little more comfy/bathroom was austere, so for a first spot after a long long flight the room could have been a little comfier in hindsight for our needs. Great courtyard, easy access to all of Negombo, quiet setting away from any crowds.”
