“1. Room make-up didn’t provide enough towel 2. Laundry service they will not tell u what time should have to give them, and when can get back. 3. For business trip room’s table is way too small! It is hardly to put computer and mouse at the same table. 3. Difficult to wait elevator even they have 4…”

“服務人員態度親切 有禮 單點式的早餐 有英式或斯里蘭卡式可選 我選的是英式早餐 烤吐司與煎蛋的組合很美味 可惜趕著搭車 沒能全部吃完 此建物為前總理故居 外表氣派 但裝潢比較老式 昏暗 因為陰雨的關係 也覺得地毯有點濕氣 有空調的地方還蠻舒適的 附近為使館區 店家較少 但比較安靜和安全 電視頻道只有3~4台是清晰的”

“This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel, I basically like this hotel because I feel it new, model, clean. I recommend to all my colleague who need to go to Sri Lanka. However, this time, I feel a bit disappointed, the room wasn’t really clean, - first day when I check-in, I find there have a bottle of water had been drunk half. - I feel the carpet had something to bite - sometime, the room service did not throw the rubbish even it was full - room service will laid part of the quilt on the……

“All is good ( the service, food, and the room) But, the bed sheet makes my skin feel rugged a bit. Pilling on the surface, not very comfortable at begging but got used to it later.”
