“Das Hotel Jetwing Lagoon, ein 100m langer Pool ist das riesen Highlight. Aber auch sonst bekommt mann an diesem Ort alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir verbrachten drei Wochen im Jetwing Lagoon, und können es absolut weiter Empfehlen.”

“The room I booked did not exist. The manager tried to convince me that the room they put me in was the room I booked. I had to contact Expedia to try to resolve the issue which did not happen. They promised to add a $90 credit to my account, I haven't seen that credit yet, but it may be processing. The resort said they would comp me breakfast for the remainder of my stay but that did not cover the charges I should have recouped. ”

“The room is very nice and clean. Although there was no air conditioner, but we didn't feel hot. The staffs were helpful. There was yoga class in the morning and we could enjoy the Ayurveda treatment in the afternoon. The treatment was so comfortable! The food in the restaurant was tasty, however, it only served veggie food.”

“Waterland is a small resort of around 5 individual villas on the banks of a river. We stayed in Elephant villa which has a small, private pool and decking area. We loved the indoor/ outdoor bathroom with fish! The area is quiet and great for just sitting and watching the wildlife. Food is eaten in a small restaurant and although choice is limited, the quality was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Slight downsides... The resort is really tucked away ,so be sure your taxi driver knows……

“旅行全程唯一一家极度不满意的酒店，服务特别差，设施陈旧到不行，工作人员没有服务意识，屋里很潮湿，酒店打扫卫生也很差，大厅的电脑能见到霉斑。不知道加税500多人民币是怎么收费的....”

“An oasis off the main beach road that allowed me time to adjust after a late night arrival. Had full breakfast (additional charge) to start the day - well presented and ample. AC, hot water, tv and access to nearby restaurants and of course the beach. ”

“This hotel had great staff, a very nice pool overlooking the beach and another pool facing the dining area. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, great air conditioning and a good selection of food for breakfast. The beach was very quiet in November and nice to walk along. ”

“这家和另外一家酒店仅一字之差，但感觉差很远。酒店的服务人员不错，礼貌客气，第二天一早我们要六点走还给我们准备了早餐打包带走。房间很大，标准套房。比较差的地方：装修廉价，白色灯光，淋浴间水龙头固定热水等很久，洗浴用品简陋（普遍如此并非只有这家）。但是早上五点开始隔壁祈祷，广场舞级别的喇叭音乐吵的完全不能睡，尤其是浴室方向。估计这也不是酒店能解决的问题。”
