“This was the first part of our stay in Sri Lanka and our host made us feel very welcome-waiting outside for us on our arrival and giving us a choice of rooms in either the original hotel or the new one up the road. “Staff was friendly & welcoming, property needs improvement. It was slippery when raining due to leaking roof way to the room , Room itself cleaned. Apart from there was a spit on the wall ( phlegm ) No television, there was a plug it was a electrical hazard exposed wire, no toiletries . View from the room lovely see front. Can get a cheap tuktuk to the town. ”

“The room I booked did not exist. The manager tried to convince me that the room they put me in was the room I booked. I had to contact Expedia to try to resolve the issue which did not happen. They promised to add a $90 credit to my account, I haven't seen that credit yet, but it may be processing. The resort said they would comp me breakfast for the remainder of my stay but that did not cover the charges I should have recouped. ”

“酒店总体还是非常舒适，但性价比不算很好。因为不想住的太差，所以在尼甘布就没有太多选择了。酒店有一个很长的游泳池，游起来应该很过瘾，可惜只是过夜，没有时间去享受一下。”

“Very good stay, staff and food were great, the room was fine but the bed could have been a little more comfy/bathroom was austere, so for a first spot after a long long flight the room could have been a little comfier in hindsight for our needs. Great courtyard, easy access to all of Negombo, quiet setting away from any crowds.”

“这家和另外一家酒店仅一字之差，但感觉差很远。酒店的服务人员不错，礼貌客气，第二天一早我们要六点走还给我们准备了早餐打包带走。房间很大，标准套房。比较差的地方：装修廉价，白色灯光，淋浴间水龙头固定热水等很久，洗浴用品简陋（普遍如此并非只有这家）。但是早上五点开始隔壁祈祷，广场舞级别的喇叭音乐吵的完全不能睡，尤其是浴室方向。估计这也不是酒店能解决的问题。”

“This hotel had great staff, a very nice pool overlooking the beach and another pool facing the dining area. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, great air conditioning and a good selection of food for breakfast. The beach was very quiet in November and nice to walk along. ”
