“The property owners do not budge on the check-in time. Plan accordingly. We had to sit outside the property for 45 minutes because there is ZERO allowance to check in early. There was another couple that had to deal with the same thing. Secondly, parking is NOT included. I searched for a property that had parking, only to be charge 20/day by the site. It’s a small sentence in the “welcome” package that rates may apply. Would have been nice to know that on the front end. Thirdly, the door to the……

“Comfortable, clean. Had everything we needed including a closet full of beach gear. Cool rooms, refreshing. Perfect place to stay. Some of us never left the room, it was so comfortable and beautiful. ”

“The place was great. My kids enjoyed the pool and the older ones (8 and 10) enjoyed crashing and jumping in the waves in the bay. There was unfortunately not as much sand as pictured. But the owner said that the ocean tides can do unpredictable things and that those photos were taken just months before our stay. Sometimes it washes the sand away and other times brings it back.”
