“What a magical stay! The house is so family friendly -- we made ample use of the high-chair and pack and play for our 11 month old daughter. She and her two brothers, ages 5 and 7, experienced the ocean for the first time and they absolutely loved it. Having a laundry room upstairs and downstairs was a God-send. “The host had the condo very well stocked! Paper products, kitchen items (pan spray, tin foil, garbage bags, coffee filters), laundry detergent, hand soap and even shampoo and conditioner! There were beach towels, beach chairs, toys for kids (if you have some) and even flippers! We had a slight issue with the Air Conditioning and they were out to fix it within the hour! The ocean, pool and mountain views are amazing! The condo is a bit smaller than the photos online; however, it was spacious……

“We loved this home. It was beautiful and had everything one needs in a holiday home. Our family of six did not feel crowded at all. It is within walking distance to a good beach and within 10 minutes to Fleming or Slaughterhouse beaches. There is also the Whaler's Village with shops, good dining and beaches about 15 minutes driving away. The host was very responsive. My only suggestion is that the VRBO place coordinates for the property in the directions. GPS took us to the property next door.……

“My family was super excited about the place and location of the Condo but when we arrived at the property the dishwasher and ice machine in the fridge did not work and when we contacted Vacasa they said it was an owner issue. The plates and mugs and silverware were not clean from the outset so we hand washed every item before using it. We then hand washed after every meal. ( There were 6 of us so a ridiculous amount of vacation time was spent at the sink!) The condo is in an amazing location but……

“We loved our stay at the Kahana Beach House. It was a perfect size for our group of eight family and friends. We were all in Maui for our first time, and the location was great for exploring West Maui, snorkeling, and scuba. The sunsets at Kahana Point were priceless. Morning runs up to the Kapalua Coastal Trail were great to start the day. Loved this place a lot, and would definitely stay here again when on Maui.”

“For three days in a row the beach across the street had turtles come up and lay in the sand. Great location. The place was very organized neat and clean. Definitely would stay there again!!!”

“The unit we rented was clean and had most of what we needed. The microwave was very dated and should be replaced for safety purposes. The bedroom door was warped and wouldn’t close. The hide-a-bed had a urine stained mattress cover and no bedding for it. The fridge ice maker was broken but ice cube trays were made available. The walls are very thin. We could hear our neighbour snoring at night. Every footstep or furniture movement from above sounded extremely loud. Garbage pick up was also……

“Great location; however, the landscape and buildings are under construction plus over-watering causing muddy & eye-sore mess with limited access around & in the property/pool/barbeque areas with relentless sprinklers going day and night... wish we knew prior to booking...mud everywhere...”

“Great condo with a great view. Perfect spot for a getaway without the kids. Unit was in great condition and it’s clear the owners take good care of it and ensure it’s up to date. Views from the lanai were perfect for whale watching. Complex grounds and landscaping are beautiful and create a great Hawaiian feel. We enjoyed our stay in this unit and would definitely come back.”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay in this unit and on this property. The unit was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and the kitchen was exceptional. The beds gave you the option of either a soft surface or a firm mattress. Excellent view from the lanai. And the snorkeling in Honokeana Bay was exceptional! Sea turtles galore! “This was a well placed location with great ocean views, and walking distance to the pool. The parking lot is small and hard to get a space unless you are there first thing in the morning. The spaces are painted ridiculously small too. The couch and bed are horribly uncomfortable! We did not sleep well at this location, at all. We are a family of 4, and that was noted on the reservation, but there were only 4 bath towels and 2 beach towels left for us in the unit. Bring your own towels and be……

“This unit is in great shape and the windows all open to allow air flow. There is no air conditioning but we slept with the windows open and could listen to the ocean all night. The grounds and facilities are immaculate. The pool was close with plenty of chairs. Lots of turtles on the little beach area!”

“My family of 7 stayed at the condo and it was amazing. From the time I booked to the time I checked out, the hosts were responsive and answered all of my questions despite how annoying my questions were. The condo had every amenities possible….(air mattress, beach chairs, beach toys, an abundance amount of pillows and blankets to choose from). I will book this place again in a heartbeat!”
