“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this apartment. The room was just as described. It is located on the 6th floor and there are elevators or stairs to access the room. Parking was not a problem. You are across the street from the ocean, one block away from brunch spots or food carts. The area is quite convenient. Communication was prompt and helpful. The room itself is simple but the small amenities like beach chairs and boogie boards are a nice touch. We would stay here again. ”

Property manager was responsive to any questions or needs. If you’re looking for big waves and crowded beaches, choose another place. But if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable condo facing the beach with few people around, this one is for you!”

“he beachfront I expected, but was close. The reviewers comments about the turtles sold me. And, I did find the Burton my last day. The condo was clean, kitchen had all the utensils and dishes that you should need. The air conditioner in the bedroom was LOUD!! It was needed the first night due to condo being closed up prior to my arrival. However, by the second day, when I had time to open the windows and get cross ventilation going, I didn’t need the air conditioners. Would stay here again if I……

I expected to book this stay for the beachfront property but we ended up loving the apartment so much that some days we jst hung out inside with the patio door open listening to the waves and reading. Would 100% go back.”

“I thought this was a handicapped accessible unit. It did have a ramp from the parking lot. However the tiny bathrooms with low toilets and no safety bars make the bathrooms ineffective. The high dining room table and tall chairs for the dining room and bar make it difficult to eat. ”
