“We were in Kakamega for work and during the weekend we moved to Rondo. This is a lovely and peaceful place, with an enchanting park were it is possible to see monkeys and listen to the songs of a variety of birds. We appreciated a lot the meals (I've asked for vegetarian meals and they was excellent) and the tea with a delicious piece of cake in the afternoons, taken directly to our small but beautiful cottage, despite the rain.”

“It’s hard to tell from the photos and the descriptions, but the higher priced rooms are in a different, much better maintained building than the lowest priced rooms. The bedrooms are nice but the biggest difference between them are the bathrooms. I would have rated it higher if I had stayed in one of the better rooms. The staff are all very nice and helpful.”

“Det første som skjedde når vi kom dit var at resepsjonen prøvde å lure oss. Først påstod de at de ikke hadde en booking fra hotels.com og at vi måtte betale på nytt. Ettwr mye masing og fremvisning av resepsjon kom neste løgn om at de ikke hadde mottatt betaling fra hotels.com. Etter jeg ringte hotels.com sin kundesørvis kom etterhvert «sannheten» frem, de var ikke fornøyd med summen rommet var booket på og ville ha mer betalt. Vi fikk etterhvert bo der på bookingen vi hadde. Hotellet er……

“Freundliche Personal, ging auf der wünsche des Kunden ein. Am anfang wurde innerhalb des zeitrahmens für das Frühstück das Essen oder das Geschirr weg geräumt ohne Rücksprache mit dem Gast. Beim check out haben wir einen Drama erlebt.... Es würde behauptet das noch kenerlei Zahlung geleistet wurde.... Aufgrund dieser behauptung, müßte ich selbst nachweisen das die Rechnung von hotel. Com quasi expandia eingegangen ist bei COUNTY Comfort Hotel.... Das Personal ist wenn man gefragt hat……
