“- staff was unhelpful, we travelled internationally into Helsinki with 4 large luggages. When we asked whether they have luggage service we were told they are “very busy” at the moment and so cannot help with our luggages. I have never in my life been told by a hotel (let alone a Hilton hotel) that they cannot assist with luggages. - they charge you for every single thing. “Room was modernly designed, but the room and toilet is tiny, no laundry service. The front desk lady said i can find a laundry place from a shopping mall 3 km, not sure if she’s joking or not. You have to pay €20 extra for the wellness area, food there was overpriced, sauna and pool are overcrowded”
