“Malta is an exotic place for me. The hotel is located very near the airport, with about 15 minutes of walk. A taxi ride would be only 5 minutes. But directions are not clear and almost all the buildings were closed and looked all the same so it was rather difficult to find the place. The young attendant at the front desk was kind and polite. But his duty hours were between 6am and 3pm only. That means any one arriving after 3pm needs to follow the clues left on the door to open the gate and……

“We had a really excellent stay at Golden Sands. The staff always went out of their way to be friendly and make a fuss of our daughter. The location can be difficult to access other areas of the island. There is a bus stop right by the hotel but it isn't quick to get to the majority of the tourist destinations, often needing 2 buses. However the stunning location of the hotel right on the cliffs overlooking the sea really makes up for it. It's so easy to access the private beach by lift so no……
