“The unit was very comfortable. There was a piece of furniture that was held together with duct tape. The microwave did t work but a replacement was on the counter top. The biggest disappointment was the clothes drier didn’t work. We packed fewer clothes thinking we would be able to wash and dry clothes so this was somewhat of an inconvenience. The owner didn’t inform us before we got there but suggested we use a laundromat down the street. We dried clothes and towels best we could on the lanai.”

“We loved this condo! It was well decorated, clean and comfy with a great lanai view of the ocean. We even had a sofa for lounging and lots of dressers and a closet for our clothes and belongings. It was nicely situated between the beach and the main lodge. ”

“Great room with amazing view of Hanalei Bay. Loved waking up early and watching the surfers from the Lanai every morning. The description is of the room is accurate. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Our family of three adults had a great stay at KBR. We booked Michael’s two rooms. Beds were comfortable, and we slept soundly without noise bothering us. There is a portable fan in the closet if needed. Room was clean, tv’s, mini fridge, coffee pots etc, and air conditioning worked well! We made good use of the beach friendly supplies owner provides in the closet: 2 snorkel sets, 2 beach chairs, one umbrella, one large and one small cooler (I believe)!, towels and 2 beach mats per room. Staff……

“We had a wonderful time at the resort. The room was well appointed and clean. The pool was so much fun and having a beach to walk on and to swim at was a real treat. The location is really central to many things on the south east side of the island. Everything was within an hour drive.”

“The condo was very nice and very clean. The central location in Kapaa was good to visit all the island. The two separate AC units were great to keep us cool during the night. Loved the very close proximity to the beach and Coconut Market. We rented bikes at the Market and enjoyed the nice bike path along the coast. We loved Kauai and would return! Thank you Jennie”
