We could not have asked for more…ocean views right from our living room, the sound of crashing waves to lull you to sleep each night, steps away from the heated pool and hot tub overlooking the Pacific and a beautiful, grassy lawn overlooking the ocean just perfect for whale, sea turtle and dolphin watching. Our unit was spacious with an open kitchen, dining and living room. Large bathrooms with walk in showers and double sinks, a huge walk in……

“This was our first visit to Hawaii and we couldn't have found a better property to stay at. Secluded, quiet and well maintained. The River Cottage was so well equipped with kitchen ware, microwave, full oven, refrigerator and even Alexa for listening 🎧 to music at night on our Lanai. Paul the property manager was gracious and the cottage was immaculate. From this property, you are only five minutes by car away from Smith Family Farms where there is a 30 acre botanical garden and luau that runs……

“This location is perfect. Right next to a wonderful walking/running path along the ocean. Near beaches. And the ocean view is great. There is construction and I did not see that until I had already booked it. They do tell you there is construction, at the very bottom tucked away. The pictures that are shown are extremely outdated. Again I like this location I just didn’t like the listing and how it wasn’t more apparent.”

“Comfortable, quiet studio with a pleasant view, lovely grounds and pool, well equipped, including the kitchen and beach essentials. We really appreciated the small cooler to take with us on the days we explored the island. Loved being able to walk to Spouting horn each morning, and walking across the street for sunset views. Would stay here again! ”

“Great location! Stocked kitchen even though we did not cook this trip. It was hot at first but was able to place fans to circulate air. Clean and spacious! Came with extra ‘stuff’ to enjoy the beach!”
