“Great location. Only complaint is that early in the morning at 7 am I wanted to shower and there was no hot water. Apparently the heater was off and it took a while for the water to become hot. In a hotel of this caliber, the heater should always be on so there’s always hot water.”

“Very good location near the beach and stores, but it's one-way street not so convenient. Room is too stuffed, even elevators, TV and bathroom are also small, but the bed is very big. Great breakfast and cool bar, but waiters always come to ask for tips, which makes a little uncomfortable. We added one more night, but the rate went up without informing us in advanced. “The room is small and compact, but everything in the room is well organized and with high quality. I like the salon level hair drier. It should be a very pleasant stay if the bike thing didn't occur. I borrowed the bike from the hotel, and ride it to the bus station where I took the bus for one day Dead Sea tour. My flight is 10pm at that day, the tour usually ends 6:30pm, I thought I have enough time to ride the bike back to the hotel(6 minutes ride) and get the luggage. However, the tour……

“It was really warm in Tel Aviv but the hotel had only central heater on so we had to open the windows. The noise of construction from a neighbor building woke us up early in the morning. We have to walk thru the very dark and noisy bar every night to get to the hotel elevator, not a chill experience neither.”

“The hotel is roughly 30 mins walk from the central train station which was still manageable. Just 5 mins walk to the beach and I enjoyed a stroll there very much. It was an amazing experience from the moment of checking-in, surprised by coffee and snack. The happy hour, consisting of selection of canapes and wine was certainly a delight. “The hotel has a nice interior design and the rooms were very clean. Reception staff was very accommodating, while pool and cleaning staff were less so. Upkeep was mostly good in the rooms (just needs a few minor paint jobs), but the pool area seemed worn out and a bit neglected. Pool also did not have enough sunbeds / chairs.
