“We were lucky to get a room as we werent meant to go to Naxos, due to issues with ferries, we ended up there. Last minute availability for these rooms that was booked 2 hours before we arrived. The receptionist was super helpful and made light of the stressful suitation. Overall they made us feel better with the impromtu stop in Naxos. ”

“Before arrival I asked if they could arrange transfer (which they offer on the website), I was told they didn't have the service so we had to fight for a taxi at port to get to the property. There was a cleaning lady waiting for us to check in, as nice as she could she was not the manager. I asked about welcome drinks as this was included in my booking as Gold member, she called the owner and told us it was not part of the booking, despite showing on the booking confirmation. “Although the pool area and villa itself were lovely, the location was very average and we had difficulties with the owner. He was intrusive and rude, to the point where we were made to feel very uncomfortable. Such a shame as our experience could have been very different otherwise. I would suggest he give guests more space and not be so overbearing in terms of how they use the property and their expectation's on the guests. Questions over the use of the pool and air-conditioning felt abrasive……
