“Before I book this hotel, I noted that someone has commented the door lock is malfunctioned sometimes. Badly, I have also assigned an room with a broken door lock and always locked myself outside the room. The worst is there is never hostel staff stationed at the hotel, I can only seek help from hotels.com and contact for the hotel for the malfunctioned lock.
