“Room was comfortable and the front desk provided with good service. ”

“Hotel is lovely, staff helpful. Room small, bed good pillows very soft... A little expensive. Our biggest issue was not knowing that there was no parking, so paid about $22 a night at an outside lot a block away that was hard to get to in the mess of one way streets. We ate the hotel resturant. It was OK, I got a ceaser salad with beef add on that was very tough, but the waitress took it back and the replacement chicken was good. Waitress was excellent. We also purchased breakfast online, it……

“We forgot a woolen coat in the room, but the hotel said it was not there, and did not check it later, so it sent us away casually. Very disappointed!”

“I wanted something downtown for one night while attending a concert. I chose it because the parking is directly across from the hotel which was ideal as I do not know Buffalo very well. The concert venue, Electric City was only 2 blocks away, as well as lots of restaurants in walking distance.There is a fantastic whiskey bar across the street.”

“Driving across the United States from Eugene OR to Boston we stopped in Buffalo. This was a great hotel with a superb restaurant. Excellent service and very high end comfortable room. I will be back. ”
