“Loved staying in Princeville right on the cliff. Ocean sounds and view with coffee and birds on the bluff every morning and evening, and it’s close to wherever you want to visit. The kitchen is well stocked and convenient. The only negative was the noise from upstairs neighbors. Their children had noisy toys, and we could also hear the adults walking. But we otherwise loved being on the ground floor, with chairs right outside on the grass. So many birds and whales!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was so beautiful and clean, and the location/ view was absolutely stunning. Sherri was an EXCELLENT host and always replied to my messages in a kind and timely manner. The one thing I didn’t realize is that there’s only AC units in the bedrooms, not in the kitchen/ living room area. “We stayed here for a few days as part of our 2 week tour of Hawai'i. Out of the 5 places we stayed, this was our favorite! It was easy to access the condo on the ground floor. The area was spacious. The shower was nice as was the outdoor area. We made use of the laundry machines and beach gear especially the boogie boards. Overall we had an excellent stay and recommend this place for any trip on the north coast.”

“I stayed at this delightful studio in Princeville for 8 nights while exploring the gorgeous North Shore of Kauai. This was an ideal location: very quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to walk to shops and restaurants in Princeville and a great base for day trips to Hanalei, Ha'ena, and Kilauea. The studio was so comfortable and spacious, with a lovely lanai for relaxing and dining. The bed was very comfortable, and it was a delight to wake to the sound of birdsong. I never used the air……

“Condo was in a beautiful area close to shopping and Foodland. Beautiful Hanalei is just a few minutes away with more shopping and restaurants. Everything was in good working order and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the cozy lanai morning and night. There was always a breeze blowing. The only negative thing to say is the number of rugs throughout the house. It was a tripping hazard for us old folks!It was a truly wonderful trip and we would stay there again.cozy lanai morning……

“From the moment we walked through the door it felt like home away from home. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was very well stocked, and everything was very well organized.. there cooler is, beach chairs, sand toys, everything you could need. We have stayed in this neighborhood several times in the past and enjoy the pool and hot tu tub and how quiet the neighborhood is.”

“Well equipped, high quality, spacious.We use vrbo a lot when we travel as it is better than cramped hotels and we like to spread out & also eat at home sometimes.The pictures dont do this place justice. It is much bigger than it looks with three large bedrooms, two are full suites and 3 large bathrooms. Nice furniture and bedding in all rooms. For fun we counted pillows: 13,11,9. Smallest room had its own lanai. The kitchen was more equipped than my own home with glasses for every cocktail youd……
