“We had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay very much. The property is at the end of the building so there are people walking by to view the ocean. The place was comfortable but needs some updating. The vacuum didn’t work, found it was plugged, cleaned it and then it was fine. The views are awesome!! ”

“Mostly a great stay here. The location is unbeatable and the views are terrific. The unit itself is nice though slightly dated compared to some of the newer units in the area. The tv was broken for the duration of our stay, which was a bummer for nighttime movie watching but overall a nice spot. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this location and the views are spectacular. Lounging on the day bed with 180 degree views of the ocean was our favorite part. The kitchen, bathroom, curtains, bedding, beds, washer/dryer, etc. could use a refresh. However, the price was reasonable and we appreciated that. The medium difficulty walk to the beach below was really cool too.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was so beautiful and clean, and the location/ view was absolutely stunning. Sherri was an EXCELLENT host and always replied to my messages in a kind and timely manner. The one thing I didn’t realize is that there’s only AC units in the bedrooms, not in the kitchen/ living room area. Thankfully, the weather was super nice so we were able to keep the windows and doors open for a nice breeze. Thank you Sherri for your beautiful place and……

“We stayed here for a few days as part of our 2 week tour of Hawai'i. Out of the 5 places we stayed, this was our favorite! It was easy to access the condo on the ground floor. The area was spacious. The shower was nice as was the outdoor area. We made use of the laundry machines and beach gear especially the boogie boards. Overall we had an excellent stay and recommend this place for any trip on the north coast.”

“I stayed at this delightful studio in Princeville for 8 nights while exploring the gorgeous North Shore of Kauai. This was an ideal location: very quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to walk to shops and restaurants in Princeville and a great base for day trips to Hanalei, Ha'ena, and Kilauea. The studio was so comfortable and spacious, with a lovely lanai for relaxing and dining. The bed was very comfortable, and it was a delight to wake to the sound of birdsong. I never used the air……

“Condo was in a beautiful area close to shopping and Foodland. Beautiful Hanalei is just a few minutes away with more shopping and restaurants. Everything was in good working order and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the cozy lanai morning and night. There was always a breeze blowing. The only negative thing to say is the number of rugs throughout the house. It was a tripping hazard for us old folks!It was a truly wonderful trip and we would stay there again.cozy lanai morning……

“From the moment we walked through the door it felt like home away from home. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was very well stocked, and everything was very well organized.. there cooler is, beach chairs, sand toys, everything you could need. We have stayed in this neighborhood several times in the past and enjoy the pool and hot tu tub and how quiet the neighborhood is.”

“Well equipped, high quality, spacious.We use vrbo a lot when we travel as it is better than cramped hotels and we like to spread out & also eat at home sometimes.The pictures dont do this place justice. It is much bigger than it looks with three large bedrooms, two are full suites and 3 large bathrooms. Nice furniture and bedding in all rooms. For fun we counted pillows: 13,11,9. Smallest room had its own lanai. The kitchen was more equipped than my own home with glasses for every cocktail youd……

“Nihilani Family Condo 24C is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The condo was clean and spacious and so comfortable for our family of four. The location was very quiet and the few neighbors we came across were very friendly. We also stayed on the South Shore in another rental that was more expensive and we wanted to return to Nihilani because we liked it so much better. Highly recommend you choose this condo for your stay in Princeville ”

“A really good location with bike path and ocean just out the back sliding door. Hosts have everything you need plus fun stuff like boogie boards and beach chairs. Very comfortable and walk to a lot. We didn’t use pool but looked nice and lots of games for families available. Would come back again for sure! We’ll miss the chickens too!”
