“Excellent hotel, staff and location. Only negative, parking was free but on departure we were charged by the car park attendant who said it wasn’t included. We have requested a refund on this. This did slightly disappoint was was a fabulous stay otherwise.”

“Nice place to stay. Location is not so much the problem as is the city itself. But this hotel makes up for it. Nice spacious room, comfortable bed, and good bathroom. Quiet and comfortable, perfect for getting through a night. Would stay here again.”

“除了浴室沒有門以外， 也就是說你洗澡時候水會噴到外面來， 剩下都非常好。 清潔度，接待人員，價格，都非常非常滿意 只是我要再住多住一晚的時候 ，因為剛好印尼總統到附近，飯店客滿， 酒店 將價錢提高1倍 頂樓吃飯的地方景觀好，清潔度好，服務的人員也非常好 。觀光客勸你們在這邊吃， 不要在旁邊路邊攤吃 ，不然我都拉肚子”

“The pool was almost always crowded since the hotel regularly holds swimming classes for non-guests. It felt a bit inconvenient for hotel guests who just wanted to relax and enjoy the pool, as it didn’t provide the quiet or private atmosphere you would normally expect.”

“Great location in Ketapang. Plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping. Small grocery store next door and a mini mart few doors down from that. Hotel has great bikes for rent if you are brave enough to get out on that road. ;0)”
