“The hotel itself was great and in a beautiful area. But at night there’s a lot of dogs barking and running around in the whole area so it feels a little unsafe if you are scared of dogs. Otherwise everything was great. AMAZING breakfast, they even have a kids play area with so many toys. Beautiful rooms with nice views on the balcony!! And very friendly staff. One thing as a con was that the swimming pool was not heated so when we went it was a little cold and the water was too cold to swim.”

“We found the hotel to largely be good. Great pool and rooms although a bit of a walk uphill from town. Breakfast was good, but the coffee was as I think another person on here said, awful. A few downsides, which I didn’t have the energy to raise with staff, were the fan in our room was broken, the AC only had one setting and was partially broken, and the drainage in our bathroom smelt awful, stinking out the room. Hope this is useful. It was a great stay just a few bits left to be desired. No……

“We have just had the most amazing 2 night stay at Green Beach Hotel. It was a very spontaneous stay for us, we were staying in a villa an hour away and decided to have a night in Kalkan, Kas - searched google for a hotel and this lovely looking place with direct access to sea came up. We arrived and were greeted by such a lovely group of staff down the stairs at the main bar and restaurant. We had a really lovely lunch before checking in. Food is very reasonably priced, about £8-9 for a cocktail……

“An excellent location with a good view. Very quiet and peacefull. Good breakfast with a lot of variety. Hotel crew friendly and prepared to help. Check-in through the reception was very poor. No info provided and you have to find out yourself or ask everytime.We stayed for 5 days and ask for cleaning the third day. Cleaners said they can't mob the floor. They only change the bed sheets, towels and get rid of the garbage.”

“Booked a last minute 3 night break to Kalkan. What a gem we found. Small clean family run hotel with the best view and the most helpful couple you could find. Just a short 15 minute walk into town. Located on the Kalamar Rd with a few bars and restaurants minutes away We were sad to leave Ali, Sarah, Caleb and Jessie but will return.”

“What a great little hotel and right in the heart of the old town. easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants all right on the doorstep. The staff were fabulous, warm and welcoming, always very helpful. The Turkish breakfast was brilliant too, lots of variety brought to your table. Don't expect a full English and why would you. Go for the healthy option of olives, several different breads, eggs, fresh tomatoes and cucumber and at least 4 different jams and honeys. Room service was……
