“Very nice and clean ”

“Check in and communication with Lisa was easy. We asked about the kayaks and they were moved to a very accessible location for our stay. The property was in a perfect location for our needs – close to Cedar Rapids Airport and also Iowa city. We were there for a family gathering and the night everyone came over it was about 11 of us. There were plenty of tables and chairs for everyone to eat dinner on the deck. The cabin was thoughtfully supplied with extras of everything we needed – toilet……

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and its owners. Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, lots of peace and quiet. Owner Karen really went all out to make sure our stay was peaceful and comfortable. I especially loved the kitchen (equipped with high-tech equipment), which opened up to the living room, creating an open and spacious place to just hang out. “This townhouse had everything we needed for a weekend stay for a group of eight. Plenty of space, good parking behind the unit, unit was new and very clean. Only thing was that the walls were a little thin and we probably annoyed our neighbors.”

“This house was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway by the lake. The place was clean, cozy, and well-stocked, with a beautiful kitchen, washer, and a great fireplace for chilly nights. We loved the hot tub and spent a lot of time outside grilling and kayaking. The lake access made it super easy. “My husband and I booked this stay for our anniversary. It was absolutely perfect! The treehouse was well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had everything (other than wine glasses) but they did have a wine bottle opener! The cute little extra touches like bottled waters and popcorn were so lovely!
