“For the price, it was good enough. Right at a busy freeway interchange on a six lane road, so the noise is pretty intense. The staff were all very sweet and helpful. Other guests were fine. The rooms, like most hotels these days, could use some extra maintenance—things like wobbly toilets and loose tub fillers. If you are from out of the area, expect the damp, mildew smell that western Washington rooms get. Thankfully the windows open for air flow. ”

The host was easy to reach and responsive and having Alderbrook resort so near was a nice spot to stop by before checking in. “Staying here gave us a wonderful weekend away from everything! The ever-changing view of the lake is amazing, and I often wandered down the steps just to sit on the dock. The hot tub felt like an infinity pool; and I could watch birds on the lake forever! The space feels private, restful, luxurious, and also modest. (It would have really thrown a wrench in our plans if we had to find other accommodations on the same day, considering we made the reservation months earlier.) The breakfast was good. “The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“The room was large and comfortable with a kitchenette. I had the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel - the mattress was wonderful! Having the check-out time at 12:00 allowed me to have a leisurely morning which extended my time away. I really enjoyed it. Also, the gal at the front desk (I didn't get her name) who had just come in for her shift on Sunday at about 8:00 was EXCELLENT and very pleasant. She is an asset to your business. I will come again!”
