"We had another lovely stay at Hilton Garden Inn this week, the staff are so attentive and helpful, especially Collins and Wilson, but there isn't one member of staff who did anything less than their best to ensure that we had a good stay. My children love it here and the addition of a rollaway bed ..."

Poor laundry
"My only issue was with the laundry service when I was promised the return of the clothes that evening when the clothes were dropped off at 6;15am. Clothes were not returned that evening and not until the following morning which caused me to miss a meeting, Still was forced to pay for clothes"
