“The morning buffet breakfast need serious upgrading. Limited choice of food and local or international food not up to 4 star status hotel. I am a frequent visitor to Resort hotel b4 Covid. The buffet breakfast previously, prior to 2018 was good, they served tasty nasi dagang and nasi lemak and egg omelette was good. Now the standard has deteriorated. Very disappointed. “Terrible. No one at the reception and we have to wait for more then 15mins before get into our room. The hotel a bit dull and the smell is terrible like an old building. Poor cleanliness. You can see dust from the fan ventilation inside toilet”
