“We really couldn't have asked for much more”

“We had a lovely time at Lilian’s place following a week stay in Georgetown. Straits Quay has a quieter feel with plenty of restaurants and walkable area next to the sea. It’s further away from the central activities but not a problem to get a grab for transport. There is a convenient grocery located immediately outside the condo residence. We could also walk easily to Lotus. Lilian was very accommodating to our check in and informative about the surrounding areas. Great time.”

“The location was great and convenient. Feel safe when return to apartment late at night (Security guard at the main road and by the main entrance by the lift). Enjoy the pool and playground at level 5. Some improvement needes on this : Bin linear, toilet paper and kitchen utensils was limited for a week stay (eg only 1 cup & glass for a studio room). Stove and bathroom light was broken.”

"I believe Citadines is a name that stands for quality. I previously stayed at one of their properties in Singapore and had a great experience, so choosing Citadines Tanjung Tokong Penang this time was absolutely the right decision. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a stovetop, microwave, sink, and other practical amenities—making the stay very convenient. The staff were polite and always ready to assist. I encountered some issues with my room key and had a request for a late check-out, and Mr. Adzim handled everything with great care and professionalism, offering clear explanations and prompt assistance throughout. When I checked out, the staff were incredibly helpful in loading my luggage into the Grab car. The hotel is also ideally located, with a supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants, and a food court all nearby. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Penang! "

Good resort with reasonable price

"Though there are problems in the room like "noisy" air conditioning and water dripping, the service desk responded quickly for solution. Good service in front desk and restaurants, but there is room for improvement for those staff in the souvenir shop. Overall experience is good and its a good place for vacation."

Quiet and relax

"Staff friendly and polite. Quiet and safe. Not that much family oriented but more for adults relaxing vacation. Hardware is a bit old. Breakfast just average. Compare to the hotel in the neighborhood, this one is quiet and comfortable."
