“位置非常方便，面對早川，櫻花季節酒店前即可欣賞到櫻花～酒店內設施齊全，入住時職員非常親切帶路介紹各個地方和設施，最喜歡面對河川的戶外足湯、大浴場和禮品店。我們的早晚餐都在房裡進行，有一位管家照顧，熟知酒店和餐飲食材，每餐細心介紹豐富食物，亦會非常友善和我們聊幾句。這次住宿非常放鬆，隨時可以享受溫泉，餐飲非常美味。謝謝管家的悉心照顧，我們很開心到河鹿莊住宿！希望將來可以買到河鹿莊特製的餐前酒，真的一試難忘！”

“個人室內溫泉超好，住宿期間不停浸溫泉。晚餐食物超級美味。雖然是舊式旅館，但房間整潔也保養不錯。溫泉好好，如果喜歡浸溫泉的，真的推薦。”

Not only are the staff incredibly kind and accommodating, they provide small touches that make their guests feel welcome, like inviting us to sit for tea upon arrival, the 24/7 complementary coffee/tea and the cozy pajamas. Just a short walk to everything we wanted! Under 10 minutes to many izakaya options for dinner, 24 hour onsen, train station and Odawara Castle! We recommend Ryokan Plum to anyone staying in the area! Close to train……

Everyone was so helpful and welcoming, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of them. The building is very new, and the view was stunning—especially with the tall green trees, which added to the cool and tranquil atmosphere. I would definitely love to return and stay at this hotel again.”
