“We had a wonderful stay at NOCO. The house was perfect for the size of our group (4 adults and 4 kids). There was just enough snow for the kids from SC to get a taste of winter and it was great to be able to walk to the village in North Conway. It was close to Mt. Cranmore where we were able to have some tubing fun. Elvis is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.”

“The house was clean and updated, had closets to store clothing, and a nice layout for hanging with family. The kitchen was well stocked, with new appliances. There were some spices, coffee filters, sugar packets and creamers. We enjoyed the fire pit, there was plenty of stacked wood, chairs and small tables around it and string lights hung on the trees. Also, a lighted path to guide you there from the yard. Communication was great, instructions were clear, and I would highly recommend staying……

Plenty of room to relax and spread out. The location is great - 15 min to Attitash and less than 10 min to restaurants and downtown North Conway. “An adorable little house for the week our floors were being done (last week of March). Nice property that would be superb in any season (but obviously a bit muddy when all is thawing). Dog fence would be terrific, but we did fine without as our pups are pretty obedient. Thankfully no bear, deer or coyote sightings to get our crazy Goldie wound up. We live very nearby, so we know just how GREAT the location and area are! Can’t be beat!! Nice that the basement area is finished and allowed hubby to……

The hot tub was unfortunately out of service during our stay but the host was very good about communicating it ahead of time and offering a partial refund.
