“Very nice old farmhouse! Really enjoyed the outside cats! Very friendly!”

“House is nice! Love the no shoes rule. Beds are super comfy and firm. One bathroom was a bit of a squeeze, but with two sinks it was definitely doable. The lock to get in was very fiddly and stopped working altogether. However after a quick to Tammy, she had someone out right away and it felt like a different lock. Kitchen had everything you could need. If I head to Warren again - I would stay there again. ”

“the place was exceptionally clean. the finishes such as the plates on switches wall receptacles were very nice you obviously put in a huge effort. the bathroom was equipped very well but a little small. beds were great. a picture fell off the wall and busted the glass. we also forgot a couple things in the fridge...sorry! we loved the place and will book again. thank you ”

“The cottage was easy to find and was very clean. Everything inside was exactly as listed and the host even left us some farm fresh eggs in the fridge to have during our stay. Communication was also very easy with the host and they offered us some good hiking and dining recommendations. (Bent Run Falls and Hector Falls were our favorites.) I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!”

“Impressive carpentry throughout, from the log walls to the stump supporting the kitchen table. A great fireplace and a big living room space in front of it. Beds are very comfortable, the towels fluffy, and the kitchen adequate, if a little tight if too many people gather there. Fresh snow made the property appropriately magical on the days before Christmas. The long, snow-covered driveway, although flat, was a bit of a driving test in the dark.”

“Host was wonderful. She went out of her to make us comfortable. She even brought us flashlights just in case the power went out. Beds were comfortable loved the area. ”

“The Rich Valley Estate is a huge beautiful home on 338 acres. As an avid hiker this was perfect to be able to have peace and serenity for a long weekend away. I was able to enjoy the private trails, stream, and forest all to myself! I can really see the potential of this place. With such a large home it can fit your whole family and then some, just yourself, or a couple wanting to get away. It has an upscale feel with old world charm and custom woodwork and details that you won't find……

“Easy to locate and near the grocery store. I prefer a firm mattress, these were plush, but in good shape. No TVs in the bedrooms so keep that in mind.”
