The downside was that each night we came home to the house smelling of sewage. It was an intense odor as you hit the door and a musty smell to follow. Its likely this is something to do with the water table being high and all the rain (i lived in a rental with similar).The listing also advertised a BBQ grill, however we could not locate it.
