“Great yard to grill in the evening. Front room and family room both have TVs so kids can watch different things than the adults, if that's what you need or want. The couch in the family room is really comfortable to unwind on. Bedrooms all have their own TVs as well. The communication was amazing with the owner. They were incredibly responsive! I would definitely rent from them again if the option arises. ”

“The home is located in a very safe neighborhood located blocks away from downtown Batavia and an easy drive into Geneva/St. Charles. I was able to communicate directly with the owner and he was wonderful to work with. The popcorn machine in the basement was a hit with my two daughters. “The property is beautiful, clean, & located centrally, but too far to walk to good shopping, must drive. It almost spoiled my stay because the stairs to go in & out do not have handrails, the bathrooms do not have anything helpful especially toilets are really old & really lower to the ground. “This house was a great place to stay for us - there was plenty of sleeping accommodations, and having 3 full baths was really nice. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The park across the street and the yard area would be really nice in the summer. There were some little quirks, but nothing that detracted from the stay.
