“The worst 5-star hitel I have ever stayed... The room facility was terrible... Loud and noisy music whole day till midnight 3 oclock... The room can only be rated 2 stars at most”

“First of all, Hotels advertised rates locally were cheaper than what Expedia charged me. Even if I booked two rooms, the property were not aware of it. They had only one room prepared. This is despite I called them twice on the day before I checked in. The rooms were very smelly, bathroom were disgusting. The WiFi was not working as per the person who checked in, but next day they told it was working. TV channels were not working. Duvets were smelling and not clean. They had kettle for heating……
