Cons: .Dirty rusted luggage carrier .Ratty welcome mat. .Bowling alley hallway with worn rugs .Disgusting bathtubs .Doesn’t feel clean because it is old and dated .Controls on dishwasher are worn off such that you have to guess at setting the cycles .Old washer and dryer Way over-priced for the……

“A must see Kansas Jayhawk themed flat located in the heart of shopping and restaurants in Downtown Lawrence. We were able to walk to campus within minutes.This property had everything needed for either a short weekend or a long stay. We will definitely be staying here in our future trips to Lawrence. Thanks to the gracious owners for such an exceptional experience!!”

“Everything was great, although im not sure that the property fits 3 adults and a child. If the couch was a sofa bed or futon it would make more sense. Other than that it was cute, and comfortable. ”

“The property itself wasn't awful, but it was not clear that there would be outside stairs, lots of them. The bathroom was TINY, there was mouse poop in the silverware drawer and all of the furniture except for the bed and kitchen chairs were super uncomfortable. I would not stay here again in the future ”

“This 1st floor property was super convenient to the pool, pool grill, and pool bar. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. The kitchen had everything the we needed. The resort staff were always friendly and helpful. Great beach location and walking distance to Pineapple Willies, Waffle House, Walmart and more”

“Excellent! The house was set up well for a group. Every bedroom has own bathroom with supplies and TV. Plus, there is a half bath in the living area. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Decorations were historical to the area providing interesting conversation. We would highly recommend!”
