“The sunflower mushroom house is very cozy and quaint in a pretty country setting. The drive from town is more like 20min with the stoplights and roads to get there but it was just fine for us coming for KU graduation. The parking is interesting it would be nice for the driveway to extend to the actual rental home and not stop in front of the run down home in front of the rental. Overall we would recommend the home for your trip to Lawrence ”

“This house met all expectations. We were in town for a family wedding and it was a great place for my sisters and my family to stay. The house was clean and the whole home was very comfortable. The host even let us know there would be fireworks we could view from the porch. My young kids enjoyed watching the cows out the window.”

“This is an older home but it’s comfortably furnished. We all had a great stay and it was perfect for our hunting group. The owners are wonderful to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We are a family of 13! Some live in southern Illinois, others in Denver! Yoder is about half way between the two! We had a great week! Harley answered all of our questions concerning the house and even sent us pictures of the kitchen equipment and supplies! He was a great host! There was plenty of room both downstairs, upstairs and around the outside! We had a great week visiting Yoder, Hutchinson and Witchita! ”
