“This cottage was very nice and relaxing. It is close to a highway for ease of access, but very quiet. The view of the creek out the back is lovely and everything was exactly like the pictures. It is on a shared property with other rentals, but we had plenty of our own space. There was firewood provided for both the fire pit and indoor wood stove and a few extra small surprises included that were nice to have! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting to escape for awhile. Natural……

“My husband and I stayed at Gwen's Nest for two nights on a weekend. Todd was highly communicative and very accommodating to our needs, including a late night arrival. We felt very well-cared for.The location was unique. Situated on what seemed a country inlet road, the cottage is tucked into the hill. “We loved the location and the place!! Very cozy and quiet! My only complaint would be to update the photos. It showed a bunk bed wth a full bed underneath up in the loft,which we accounted for, but there was only a queen air mattress along with a regular full/queen bed. So we had to make some adjustments. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!!!”

“We were near the end of a long and arduous process of selling our home in TX and buying a new home in OK. We needed a place to stay for 2 weeks and thankfully found this cabin. The cabin itself is gorgeous and the surroundings so beautiful and peaceful. The stress melted away and our family was rejuvenated. Our pets absolutely loved the cabin too.Arthur kept in communication with us to make sure that we were doing well and had everything we needed. He even let us know when a tornado watch……

“Truly enjoyed our stay. We didn't get to enjoy all the amenities in Flint Ridge because of the weather, but it was still a great place to hunker down for a cold weather weekend. Cozy and quaint with everything you need. Scottie was tremendous at communicating proactively and responding quickly. Only thing I'd mention was wifi was a bit spotty (both TV and smartphones), which was a bummer since we were doing a lowkey weekend, but it was serviceable. Overall, a wonderful stay and will consider……
