“This cottage was very nice and relaxing. It is close to a highway for ease of access, but very quiet. The view of the creek out the back is lovely and everything was exactly like the pictures. It is on a shared property with other rentals, but we had plenty of our own space. There was firewood provided for both the fire pit and indoor wood stove and a few extra small surprises included that were nice to have! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting to escape for awhile. Natural……

“My husband and I stayed at Gwen's Nest for two nights on a weekend. Todd was highly communicative and very accommodating to our needs, including a late night arrival. We felt very well-cared for.The location was unique. Situated on what seemed a country inlet road, the cottage is tucked into the hill. You really do feel like you're in a nest, particularly with the birdsong during the day! Wished we'd been able to come a few weeks later, as the trees were beginning to fill out and bushes were……

“We loved the location and the place!! Very cozy and quiet! My only complaint would be to update the photos. It showed a bunk bed wth a full bed underneath up in the loft,which we accounted for, but there was only a queen air mattress along with a regular full/queen bed. So we had to make some adjustments. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!!!”
