“Great location just across the street from Hoff Jerusalem. Was possible to find paid parking close to the hotel. ”

“The room smelled from cigarettes, the toilet smelled and was tiny. In it was a shower without curtains. Our room was towards a Main Street. So quite loud. The floors smells from cigarettes. Altogether not a pleasant place Only positive point was the nice beach opposite the hotel. The personal was friendly. ”

“Hotel is under construction. Arrived at night time and there was no sign on the outside that showed what the place is. It simply said hotel in Hebrew on the outside in the dark the only way to get in and find out if it's the right hotel is up two flights of stairs (, with only one handrail on one side) to ask the receptionist. Then there were other problems: I asked about laundry at time of reservation, got no reply, really had to push when I got there to make sure that I could get laundry done,……

“Over charge me , after I book my room and went to the hotel they ask me to pay 43 shekels for service!!! I really don’t know what kind of service but the front desk said if you don’t pay that I can’t let you access to your room , seems like they have a very poor costumer service ”
