“The staff is not really prompt in responses, we usually had to wait for a while before they were back to us. Our room is out of electricity and they were not able to offer the same room type which we believe that the electricity problem already occurred before our arrival. Besides, since we have pre-specified that we are 3 people when we ordered, we only got a double bed and additional bed had to be paid for. However, the staff were generally friendly. “本人入住於2-5/4/2015，這次是我們一家五口第一次的旅遊。酒店整體是舒適和清潔的，唯一的問題是冷氣，我們租的是家庭式兩房套房，屋中三部冷氣只有一部是性能良好，其餘兩部是不夠凍。經過投訴後，可能清洗過隔塵網，有少許改善，怛仍然不足。Wifi上網一般，有好多時會繼線。由於是家庭式套房厠所是互通，但是其中一厠所門關了後無法打開，投訴後，要到第三天才能修理好。借用風筒，要通知三次，等了個半小時才有得用。毛巾嚴重欠缺，無論房間裏面和泳池，嚴重不足。房間裏面五個人只有三條毛巾。泳池要兩人用一條。”

“Ich bin schon viel gereist, aber ein so tolles Hotel in einer so fantastischen Lage kenne ich kein zweites. Sideman ist ein ruhiges Bergdorf mit einigen sehr guten Warungs. Das besondere ist jedoch die entspannte und ruhige Lage inmitten von Reisfeldern und mit Blick auf den Mount Agung. Der Service, die Ausstattung der Zimmer wie auch das Essen sind top. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und dienstleistungsorientiert. Ich komme wieder.”

The staff were very helpful and communicative, and the shuttle takes you or collects you from anywhere in the village, for no extra cost.
