“The staff is not really prompt in responses, we usually had to wait for a while before they were back to us. Our room is out of electricity and they were not able to offer the same room type which we believe that the electricity problem already occurred before our arrival. Besides, since we have pre-specified that we are 3 people when we ordered, we only got a double bed and additional bed had to be paid for. However, the staff were generally friendly. “What a little gem of a resort! It’s important to know that almost everything on the island takes 30-45 minutes to get to because of the roads, not because of distance so slow down and convert yourself to island pace. We stayed for two nights and were charmed from the minute we arrived! The resort is immaculate and so quaint, and has the absolute best staff. “This is a lovely property with a beautiful view of the ocean and Lombok item. This is the highlight of the property. Lowlights are that it’s difficult to get with the small roads and the only roads leading to the property are badly in need of repair. Expect a very bumpy and unsettling ride in. The staff are friendly but often don’t understand requests (if you speak English), simple requests were frequently misunderstood. The pool is nice but small, seating by the pool is very limited and……
