“This is an adorable place, well appointed and well maintained. The owner definitely mentioned that there are stairs however, I did not realize there are 2 flights to walk up with luggage. Very centrally located to bars, restaurants, and shops. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation for staying in the Old City section of Knoxville. ”

“My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised. There are not many places you can find that are located on pretty much level ground and on a quiet cove. We will definitely be returning any time the condo is available when we go down to visit our son and daughter-in-law.”

“Spent the week here with my sister while visiting family in Farragut. The place was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. Close to all the shopping and restaurants yet the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Wonderful unit with tons of room and decorated beautifully. Within 5 minute walk to Market Square and old City. ”

“Staying here was really nice, it was clean, and within walking distance of most downtown spots. It is next to a railway track, for some that may cause an issue, but i live near one anyway so it didnt bother me. It was mostly quiet, except for a pair of guests who i guess havent stayed in a vrbo before, but i was headed out to dinner so it didnt really impact me very much. You do have to lock doors behind you once you wnter your code to get in, but thats not a big deal. All in all though anytime……

“This property is perfectly located at the marina which made launching our boat so easy. The condo itself is very well stocked with anything you might need. Owners are very quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this rental!”
