“Very Good stay. Good location/short drive to anywhere we needed to go. Only have two recommendations for the listing I wished I had known before the trip. 1. Only TV is in the basement. 2. Beds described as 2 king and a double queen. It was actually 2 queens and double xl twins. Overall stay was great. 5 stars, great host!”

“I have stayed at lots of vrbos and this by far has to be my favorite. The tranquility and peacefulness that engulfed this home was like no other. The area was quiet and perfect. We traveled to Tennessee to go ride atvs in the mountains, and this was a perfect retreat after a long day. This house just keeps going! I booked this house because it was central to everywhere we were going, and had enough room. When we arrived I didn’t realize there would be a finished basement with basically a whole……

“Our team was blown away by the space! They raved from the minute they walked inside. While we were close enough to walk to everywhere we needed to be, we had privacy and time to bond as a team since were not staying at the hotels with the rest of our convention participants. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and were excited to go home with clean clothes instead of having to laundry when they returned from our long, draining convention. We would definitely stay here again (and probably will)!”

“This is an adorable place, well appointed and well maintained. The owner definitely mentioned that there are stairs however, I did not realize there are 2 flights to walk up with luggage. Very centrally located to bars, restaurants, and shops. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation for staying in the Old City section of Knoxville. ”
